1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the plusace24 platform — including the website at plusace24.asia, any associated mobile applications, and all related services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of plusace24, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. If you are using plusace24 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

plusace24 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use plusace24, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming law as regulated by PAGCOR. plusace24 strictly enforces this age restriction and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of plusace24, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of its gaming software providers.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from plusace24 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on plusace24. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your plusace24 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify plusace24 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

plusace24 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

plusace24 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at plusace24's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your plusace24 account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• plusace24 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• plusace24 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 2 hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time).
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• plusace24 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

plusace24 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. plusace24 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification: plusace24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on plusace24 — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All slot games and RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
• Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned to players.
• Sports betting odds are set by plusace24 and are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted.
• plusace24 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical error on the platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusace24 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or plusace24 staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the plusace24 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of plusace24 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from plusace24.
• Use any plusace24 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusace24, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond plusace24's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plusace24 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10 Responsible Gaming

plusace24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via the Account Settings page.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session reminders and automatic logout after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

plusace24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

You may close your plusace24 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

plusace24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the plusace24 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to plusace24's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.

plusace24 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
